John RosplockJohn Rosplock is an experienced business leader, visionary, and entrepreneur, who has facilitated teams and organizations to achieve breakthrough success with a commitment for improvement. John’s career and experience is multi-faceted and he has gained expertise in real estate (residential & commercial), finance, operations, accounting, tax, IT, payroll, project management, sales, business development, consensus building, marketing, and contract negotiating.

John’s early career started at a 3rd generation family business where he worked for more than a decade and as their operations manager had 150+ direct reports, coordinated outsourcing initiatives, and managed the turnaround efforts improving profit margins. John worked in procurement and project management for Florida Power and Light and Northwestern Mutual leading and supporting multi-million dollar projects. John has experience as a business owner, having started a successful antique furniture import business, which he sold in 2013. John currently manages the operations and consults for Tamarind Partners, Inc.

John Rosplock earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Management Information Systems and earned his MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, John Rosplock holds a real estate license in the State of Florida and works with Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

John Rosplock served in the United States Marine Corps infantry. John is a past board member of the West Palm Beach Antique Row Art and Design District and past member of the Palm Beach Investment Research Group. John currently coaches a non-profit organization for women’s ice hockey and youth soccer for his two daughters. Besides his passion for coaching John also enjoys travelling, golf, tennis, and hockey.

Elaine Leon

Elaine HeadshotElaine is an experienced business analyst, executive assistant and business development professional, who has, among other things, assisted in building multiple companies from ground up, while managing their day to day operations. Her experience is extensive in a variety of industries such as sales, marketing, and financial. These opportunities allowed Elaine to gain expertise in payroll, project management, business development, marketing, sales, customer support, and many others.

Elaine's latest accomplishment included building a company from its very beginning with only a few tools handed to her. Not only she managed to build the company, but also dedicated herself to help with day to day operations and other core business responsibilities. This business turned out to make, after 6 months, over one million dollars in revenue per month. After this phase in her career, Elaine joined the Tamarind Partners, Inc. family and she is bringing all of her knowledge to the table. Her desire to grow her career, even more, is driving Elaine to take big steps into this industry and set her fingerprint in it.

Elaine earned her degree at the New York Institute of Technology in New York. After graduation, she experienced and tried multiple ways of driving her career, until she realized that business development was her passion and decided to pursue it to the fullest.

Besides her passion for work, Elaine is a mother and wife, who dedicates her all to her family. She enjoys poetry, traveling, family time, and supporting wildlife preservation and children in need organizations.
